The service
Routte ("we") provides an online system to manage martial arts clubs and to run tournaments: registrations, fees, draws, live scoring, scoreboards and results. By creating an account or using Routte you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
Accounts
- Give accurate details and keep your password and PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- A club or team account is run by the person who created it, who can give others access. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account for a club, team or event. Athletes under 18 are entered by their club, coach or organiser with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Organisers
- You decide your event's rules, categories, fees, draw settings and decision methods, and you are responsible for the event itself.
- Publishing an event makes its details public. Publishing the draw and the results makes athletes' names, competitor numbers, clubs and results public, and Routte may show them on its website.
- Entry fees you set are between you and the clubs that enter. Routte provides the statements and, if you connect a payment provider, online payment.
Clubs and coaches
- Only enter data you are allowed to hold, about people who know you hold it. For athletes under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Check your entries before the organiser's deadline. After it, only the organiser can change them.
Judges and referees
Score honestly and only from your own account. Do not share your PIN or a ring's operator link. Every score and correction is recorded with the account that made it.
Fees for Routte
- Accounts for coaches, team managers, judges and spectators are free.
- Club plans are free until 31 Dec 2028.
- A fee per athlete entered in a tournament, and a fee per successful online payment, are charged as shown on the pricing page, and invoiced monthly to the club or team that entered the athletes or collected the payments.
- Unpaid invoices can make club tools read-only until they are paid. Tournaments, judging and your data stay available.
Acceptable use
Do not use Routte to break the law, to upload harmful files, to collect other people's data, to try to get into accounts or events that are not yours, or to overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data
Your club's and your events' data stays yours. You can ask us for a copy of it, or to delete it, unless the law or another club's records need it kept (for example the results of a published event).
Availability
We work to keep Routte running, especially during events, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep a way to continue an event if the connection at the venue fails, and check results before you award medals.
Liability
Routte is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by organisers, referees or clubs. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top; using Routte after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
