Affiliated clubs, licences, recognised tournaments and rankings, worked out from the same official results your events already produce on Routte.
A federation on Routte is an organisation like a club, with the tools a federation needs on top.
Clubs ask to join and you approve them, with a member number and the dates their membership runs.
Licences for athletes, coaches, referees and officials, each for a season, with its own number and card.
Organisers ask for your recognition. You approve it with a grade, or decline with a reason.
Points from every recognised event, by category, on public pages anyone can follow.
Nobody types results twice: the ranking reads the official result of each category.
In the tournament settings, the organiser asks your federation to recognise the event. Past events can be recognised up to 90 days after they end.
Pick the event's grade and the licence rule. Its categories are matched to your ranking categories, and you settle the few that do not match.
When a category's podium is final, its places count. A withheld medal scores nothing, and a corrected result is counted again.
Points go to each athlete's standing and the public ranking pages change.
Every federation sets its own points, grades and rules. These are the values a new federation starts with.
Gold 100, silver 70, each bronze 50, 4th and 5th 25.
Club or open ×1, state ×2, national ×4, international ×6. Rename them or add your own.
100% for the first 12 months, 50% for the next 12, then not at all.
A category needs at least two athletes who actually competed. A win without a single bout scores nothing.
Count every result in the period, or only each athlete's best few.
List every athlete of your recognised events, or only those with an active licence.
A national federation can also count the events its state federations recognise, with their grades.
More golds first, then silvers, then bronzes, then the more recent result.
Clubs apply for their members. Coaches, referees and officials can apply themselves with their certificate.
The fee is paid online through your federation's own payment gateway, or you mark it paid.
Approved licences get your prefix, the year and a running number, and a card as PDF with a QR code.
The QR opens a page with the name, federation, licence type, valid-until date and status. Never a birth date.
Renewal opens 30 days before a licence ends. Holders, guardians and clubs are reminded 30 and 7 days before.
In your recognised events, an entry without a licence can raise a warning or be refused, with exceptions you allow.
The ring warns when a referee is the athlete's parent or coaches at the athlete's club.
A federation needs to know who holds its licences, not how a club runs.
Name, birth date, gender, club and licence status of the people it licenses.
The profile of each affiliated club and its totals, without the members' names.
Attendance, invoices and club notes stay with the club.
Rankings show the name, club, country and licence number, never a birth date.
Licences, recognition and rankings work the same way for every sport, each federation for its own.
